2019 marked an extraordinary year for the gym with many new members and high grades achieved and there are so many reasons to get involved and try something new.
Many world renowned athletes and even celebrities practice the same techniques that we teach at Mushin, with Sixth Dan Japanese Ju-Jitsu instructor Sue King always on hand to help you with your growth, as well as a host of other coaches.
At the gym, located in Norris Green, Liverpool, we pride ourselves on our welcoming atmosphere and friendly approach where we leave egos at the door, whether you are a beginner or a pro you are welcome to come and experience the Team for yourself.
With Japanese Ju-Jitsu, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, and Fitness and Pads on offer as well as not yet revealed updates for the new year, now is the perfect time to join the team and gain new skills along the way.
Many of our skills focus on practical self defence training with other classes centred towards fitness and endurance training; whatever your goal – we will have what you are looking for on offer.
