Our boxing for fitness class for adults is a great way to keep active and stay in shape it is a a high intensity training session that is suitable for all levels, our mixed class is lots of fun and very popular

the sessions starts with a light warm followed by students then pair upĀ  to perform pad & fitness drills , this session is a great way to basic movementsĀ  correct technique and footwork, the class is fun and friendly environment.

A typical session includes:
